Huanghe Science and Technology College

Huanghe Science and Technology College, founded in1984, is the first private university which can confer undergraduate degree approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education after the opening up of China, and is also the first to be free to enroll foreign students. She is located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, the provincial capital.
